An AI recruiter
calls your real phone.
Quinn rings your actual number and runs a realistic phone screen — the unknown-number nerves, no notes, no second takes. The moment you hang up, you get a scorecard that quotes your exact words: STAR coverage, pacing, filler words, and drills for next time.
Quinn is honest practice — not a live-interview assistant. Every call opens by saying it's an AI coach and that it's recorded so you get your scorecard.
Practice the part that actually rattles you
A real phone call
Not an in-app voice chat — Quinn places an actual call to your own verified number. The unknown number, the no-visual-cues pressure, the "tell me about yourself" cold open. That's the skill, so that's what you rehearse.
A scorecard in your own words
Every strength and gap is anchored to a verbatim quote of what you actually said — no vague "be more confident." Plus STAR coverage, words-per-minute, filler-word count, and how you handled the follow-ups.
AMBUSH mode
Real recruiters don't book a calendar slot. Opt into a window — say Tue–Thu, 4–7pm — and Quinn rings once at a moment you can't predict. It trains the thing nothing else does: a clear head the second you pick up.
The modes that match your round
Recruiter screen, behavioral (STAR, probed for the result), hiring-manager depth from your target role, and visa officer. Three difficulties, from friendly warm-up to fast, intense pushback.
Built from your job description
Paste the JD and Quinn asks the questions that role actually asks — its stack, its responsibilities — instead of the same twenty generic ones. No more rehearsing for an interview you're not having.
Visa interview prep
F-1, B-1/B-2 and H-1B officer simulations with real consular pacing, the 214(b) drill, and a consistency check against your DS-160 practice answers. See how it works →
Questions, answered honestly
Is this a tool to cheat on live interviews?
No — the opposite. Quinn never listens in on a real interview and never feeds you answers. It's a practice partner: it calls you, runs a mock screen, and then coaches you on how it went. Every call states up front that it's an AI coach and that it's recorded so you get your scorecard.
Whose phone does Quinn call?
Only your own. You verify your number with a one-time text code during setup, and Quinn will only ever dial that verified number. You can change it or stop the calls at any time, and quiet hours (8am–9pm your local time) are always enforced. US and Canada numbers at launch.
What's on the scorecard?
An honest overall read, then the specifics: STAR structure coverage, your speaking pace and filler-word rate, strengths and gaps each backed by a verbatim quote of what you said, how you recovered when pressed, and two or three concrete drills for next time. Your progress trends across calls so you can see it click.
How much does it cost?
You get 3 full practice calls free — real calls, full scorecards, no card required. After that: Quinn Prep is $14.99/month (80 practice minutes a month, every mode, JD plans and trends). Quinn Pro is $29.99/month (150 minutes, AMBUSH mode, and the full visa pack). Need extra minutes before a big day? The one-time Interview Tomorrow Pack adds 60 minutes for $9.99. No free trial on the subscriptions — the free calls are your trial. Minutes don't roll over; cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Prices may vary by region.
Does Quinn use my microphone or record me through the app?
No. The interview is a normal phone call — the audio is carried by the phone network, not the app, so Quinn needs no microphone permission. The call itself is recorded on our side (the spoken disclosure says so) only to build your scorecard, and you can delete everything any time.
Can Quinn promise I'll pass — or that I'll get the visa?
No. Quinn is practice and coaching, never a prediction. The visa modes in particular are interview rehearsal only: Quinn is not affiliated with any government agency, gives no legal advice, and never estimates your odds. Use placeholders for any real document numbers — we don't want or store them.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your calls and scorecards are yours — never sold, no ads, no cross-app tracking. Call audio is processed by AI in the moment to transcribe and score it; transcripts are stored so you can revisit your scorecards, and deleting your account erases all of it. Details in our privacy policy.
